Job description

Pulse is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Band 7 SPA supervisor to join the trust’s dynamic CAMHS Single Point of Access team based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will be helping support the increasing demand for Neuro assessments. This role is required as soon as possible for a period of 3 months, with a view to extending, working full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

The successful SPA supervisor must be passionate about young people’s mental health and have experience and knowledge in working with children and young people, understanding mental illness, child development, neurodevelopmental conditions, and treatment pathways. The post holder will help prevent more serious mental health problems in children and young people by identifying the development of mental health problems early.

The Single Point of Access operates between 08:00 and 18:00 and offers flexible working patterns to both meet your needs and the needs of the service in line with the Trust blended working model, with a mixture of agile and workplace working to support your health and wellbeing
