Job Title: IT Project Manager - Infrastructure
Location: Northampton, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Position Overview:
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with at least 2 years of project management experience to join the team to work on IT and Infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hungry to develop, eager to progress, and passionate about learning new skills. You will have a solid background in managing IT projects, with a specific focus on infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to ensure optimal utilisation of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong desire to progress, learn, and develop new skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
