Job description
Our client, a down-to-earth, private client law firm with fantastic flexibility, is looking for a Private Family Lawyer with at least one year’s experience and to join its team in Newton-le-Willows.
The firm has embraced hybrid working and the positive impact it has had on work/life balance for its team members. You’ll enjoy a high level of flexibility and be able to work from home three days per week. You’ll also receive a very competitive salary and a generous annual leave allowance.
In the role, you’ll handle a caseload of exclusively private family law matters, including divorce, finance and private children. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in business development and networking to help grow the profile of this relatively new team.
Not only will you be exposed to high-quality work, but you’ll have lots of chances to develop your career in this friendly, employee-focussed firm. There are imminent opportunities to progress due to team growth and succession planning.
The right candidate will have advocacy experience and be willing to get involved in business development, such as supporting the team on events, referrer relationships and occasional networking.
