Location: Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom (Fully remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us grow our business in the Stoke area . As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to fill job openings in various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the best possible candidates. You will be required to bring in new Clients and grow our existing client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process

• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as this is Remote working

• Sales Motivated

• Ability to grow your own client base

• Be fully flexible to work on call depending on clients our needs

  Standard hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

  Pay will be dependent on Experience
