Job description

As a Fleet Coordinator you will be managing the companies fleet of 1,700 vehicles. The Company we're recruiting for benefits package include free parking, matched contribution pension scheme, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, Staff discount on products, Subsidised gym membership, Share awards and prize draws, quarterly 10% discretionary bonus.

Job Title: Fleet Coordinator - 6 month contract

Location: Watford

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, 6 month contract

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for all company vehicles


• Invoicing, set up cash allowances, provide finance data to finance department


• Manage fuel rates, mileage for drivers


• Manage vehicle recalls, first point of contact fro fleet management company


• First point of contact for all drivers
