**Role Overview:**
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing processes. You'll be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, utilising your expertise to keep production running efficiently. This role offers variety and complexity, requiring you to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers and production staff to optimise processes.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Fully qualified in engineering discipline (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, with one week off in every four.
