Summary: The Paid Social Manager role in THG Beauty sits within the Commercial Marketing structure. Within the Digital Activation function we work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels & design on a daily basis to execute brand-funded media & influencer campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, influencer marketing, retail & eCommerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team are external-facing THG ambassadors & media experts. Key Responsibilities: Operate brand-facing, building authentic relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co-develop data-driven digital plans to drive brand growth Developing and pitching multi-platform digital plans alongside the Partnership Marketing lead to deliver 360 on & offsite activations Supporting the team in delivering best-in-class mid & post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI Work collaboratively with our influencer team to commission best-in-class influencer assets for media & channel repurposing Training delivery & workload management across direct report(s) Secure incremental digital investment with new brand partners, through effective pitching and communication Continuous suggestion of optimisations for campaigns to agreed ROI targets Working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners Work effectively with wider marketing teams to ensure digital plans are delivered impactfully Reporting performance vs target and driving strategy for continued growth of the function Budget management – continous review of partners’ available budgets and plans in place to maximise Continuous learning and development across key media platforms to remain specialist and deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners Principle Accountabilities: KPI’s: Responsible for driving digital activation income & profitability for their defined set of brands. Overseeing the end to end management & reporting of campaigns for their category Key behaviours: Relentless - Organised, driven, proactive and self-motivated Electric - Proven ability to meet targets Bold - Pro-active with positive can-do attitude Effective - Initiative – able to think outside of the box Collaboration - Collaborate across functions and within a team Essential Requirements: 3+ years experienced paid media / digital marketing professional with hands on media experience Self-starter and self-motivated A highly presentable brand ambassador Facebook Business Manager / TikTok Ads Manager competent Beauty / retail enthusiast Performance mindset Digitally literate Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Excel & reporting competent Excellent communicator – provide clear and detailed insights Critical thinker & problem-solving skills Eye for detail and delivering creative media solutions Effective communication and presenting skills, both face-to-face and written.
