Litigation Solicitor

This outstanding global law firm based in the beautiful Exeter is looking to grow their litigation team with a qualified solicitor from NQ - 3 PQE.
In this role you would be responsible for handling a case load of litigated claims. This will be varied and so no two days would ever be the same! Some examples include consumer contract disputes, property disputes, construction disputes and more. You will be responsible for run these matters with appropriate supervision and support. You will also assist senior solicitors with high value complex litigated matters which will allow you to develop your technical knowledge and skills quickly.
Your clients will mainly be insurer clients so experience with this type of client is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal individual will be NQ - 3 PQE which experience of managing a case load of varied litigation matters, good technical knowledge of the CPR, a team player and someone who is interested in participating in marketing, attending conferences, giving and assisting with presentations as well as writing business development content.
