Social Worker - Safeguarding - Up to £40,083
Nonstop Care is working with a well-established local authority in East Midlands that is looking for Social worker to join their Safeguarding Team.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage cases involving child protection plans, child in need plans, and public law/care proceedings.
- Work closely with other agencies, utilising a contextualised safeguarding approach in safeguarding activities.
- Handle cases transferred from DAAT at the first Initial Child Protection Conference or the first Child in Need meeting, ensuring continuity until closure.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
- Post-qualified experience across child protection and/or assessment
- Ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
- Must drive and have access to own vehicle.
- Clear, Enhanced DBS
