About Our Client
My client is a waste management and sustainability organisation
Job Description
- Being the sole project manager within a well-established workstream, working alongside BA/Devs/Testers/programme managers/PMO teams to ensure the implementation and integration of a large system (could be ERP/HR system/CRM etc. - there are a few implementations occurring and a few vacancies at this company).
- Stakeholder management across C-suite/internal teams/external vendors and dealing directly with users.
- Business change activities including benefits realisation, value chain add and user adoption (only about 20% of the role focus).
The Successful Applicant
- You have led on the system implementation of a large system of any kind (e.g. ERP/CRM/CMS/HR System etc.) leading on a cross disciplinary work stream as part of a larger integration programme of work.
- You have significant stakeholder management experience and understand dealing with multi-layered stakeholders as well as dealing directly with users to ensure user centricity and buy in.
- You can thrive in an environment of established frameworks and governance, adhering to the internal and external regulations to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- You have a good idea of how to conduct business change activities.
