Finance Director
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: Northallerton
Due to continued growth and ambitious plans our client is looking to recruit a commercial astute/entrepreneurial Finance Director to the team. Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for the sound financial management and business planning of the business.
THE ROLE:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Preparation of year end accounts
Developing and monitoring KPI's
Budgeting & forecasting
Advising on sales and acquisitions
Liaising with auditors
Developing new processes and procedures
Staff management
Identify and maximise commercial opportunities
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a commercially astute Qualified Accountant with the ability to look beyond the numbers and identify process improvements, opportunities for development and business planning in general. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable managing a small team.
