Repairs and Maintenance
Must have prior administration experience
Sidcup - Office Based
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 16:00pm)
Looking for someone to start immediately
The Duties:
- The candidate will be answering calls and email correspondence involving repair requests from residents.
- These repairs will vary in nature and complexities. Whilst the core part of the role is providing bookings and diagnoses for new repairs, there will be the need to update residents on existing repairs and sourcing information to support the residents.
- Providing good customer service at all times.
- Ensuring all data is logged accurately and updated accordingly.
- Helping to support on customer complaints and finding resolutions to problems on first point of contact.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a streamlined process
