Working for a leading UK Consultancy who also manages the design and build of large projects within the Process and Metal Industries. They apply a multi-disciplinary approach and have offices and projects around the world. Their years of service has been based upon a fantastic record in quality and delivering compliant and safe project throughout all phases.
Our client is looking for a Site Construction Manager to join them. In this role you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of all projects within their responsibility ensuring full compliance with contractual responsibilities.. This role is site/office based and will require travel and lodging across the UK

Key responsibilities

• Management of all projects within their responsibility in accordance with the Company and Client's Procedures, ensuring full compliance with contractual responsibilities.
• Implementation of Company and Project Quality Plans and Procedures.
• Programming and progressing projects in accordance with the agreed contract periods
• Administration and progress control of all contractors and sub-contractors.

You will need:

• IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification
• Good CDM knowledge and understanding of Principal Contractor role, duties and responsibilities.
• Extensive experience across a wide range of construction activities
• Knowledge of current HSE Legislation and Regulations.
