Absolute Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our clients in the Fradley Park, Lichfield area for FLT Counterbalance Operators on Nights.

Hours of Work:
7pm / 8pm start – 8.5hrs Shift
Monday to Friday

Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 Per Hour to Start – 13 Week temp to perm position

When Temp to Perm ends starting salary is £29k per annum.

Duties:

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse facility.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting the movement of materials.

Experience:

Our client runs a very busy operation and need experienced FLT drivers to be able to meet their customer service standards.

You will need a minimum of 12 months’ experience of counterbalance driving, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Previous pallet network experience is advantageous but not essential.
