Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)?
Finished your PGC and looking for an ECT placement? Or looking to gain more experience across a variety of schools across Northamptonshire and year groups from EYFS - Year 6?
Aspire People are recruiting professional ECT/NQT for day-to-day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and placement for Aug 2022.
We strong partnerships with trusts and schools across Northamptonshire that are wanting to have enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to be a part of their team.
The Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, be creative, strong behaviour management skills, presence in the classroom and be apart of a team.
The Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) must also be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environment that supply offers.
We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.

Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
- Overseas Trained Teacher (OTT)

The Responsibilities:
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Be able to adapt to level of ability
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
- Mark all work delivered day of work
