Job description

**Join AXA in the New Year - Exciting Opportunity for Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisors! **
Overview:
- Provide exceptional service for our Travel Department with potential to train cross Motor Breakdown, Home Emergency and Medical Assistance.
- Essential member of operations departments, handling inbound calls, and supporting customers with various skill sets.
- Hybrid working contracts available, with 2 days a week in our vibrant Redhill office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in handling inbound calls, find solutions for customers, and instruct approved suppliers

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, whist in Travel.
- Part-time hours considered, to be discussed with the recruitment team.
Intake Dates:
- Monday 8th April 2024
Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time salary: £20,020. Complemented by an annual performance-based bonus and salary review. Opportunities for salary growth through cross-training in other departments.
Induction and Training:
- 5 weeks of comprehensive training provided.
- Part-time employees must complete training on full-time hours.
