Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading, chartered accountancy practice in an exciting position, where you will be offered lots of client exposure, and a chance to really progress in your career.
You will be responsible for:
- being the primary contact for a portfolio of clients
- managing a team of bookkeepers / management accounts who will be data processing on behalf of your clients
- preparing statutory financial statements and audit files for the client's auditors
- support the practice in building and maintaining a strong client base
- developing and allocating work to junior members of the team
Requirements
- You will be a qualified, senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Team player with good leadership qualities
- Self motivated /self starter
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies
- Good communication skills internally and with third parties
- Strong technical capability in account and taxation
Benefits
£55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
