The Role: This is a stand out opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join this top 40 City of London law firm. Within this role you will;
- Manage your own workload cost effectively and provide transactional and advisory legal advice to clients in a succinct, practical and persuasive manner.
- Work with, and assist other members of the team where applicable
- Apply a commercial approach to delivery of advice suitable to the requirements of each client
You will work closely with the other members of the Business, Advisory and Transaction Services Division and sector specialists in the wider Firm to meet its existing work requirements and execute the business development strategy in the Technology, Consumer and Sport sectors.
The Ideal Candidate: - A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 2-3 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
