Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Fully Remote in the UK with some travel. Due to the Nature of the work a High levle of security clearance is required and as such you must be a British Nation to achive this.An experienced CFO has the opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization at the forefront of cyber security and cloud services dedicated to serving the Public sector with a focus on National Security and Defence clients. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, ensuring sustained profitability, effective resource allocation, and long–term growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and execute the company's financial strategy for profit generation and optimal cash management.
- Provide meticulous oversight of finance, accounting, and related operations to maintain fiscal discipline.
- Monitor and maintain financial health, ensuring surplus cash is strategically reinvested or withdrawn as per organizational goals.
- Play a pivotal role in overseeing and securing new investments to support the organization's expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a growing startup or small organisation.
- Background in organisations delivering to the Public sector is advantageous.
- Expertise in financial strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of cyber security and cloud services industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and decision–making skills
- Professional financial accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
