Job description
I am working with a fantastic client, they are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Marketing Assistant, on a 12-month Fixed Term Basis

The purpose of the role is to support the evolvement of their Marketing and Communications strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering effective campaigns that capture the interests of the target audience
- Developing and looking after all digital channels, including looking for opportunities to maximise online traffic and grow reach
- Manage and grow our social media channels
- Identify and support with the delivery of improvements to our overall customer experience
- Support with the content management of website
- Identify and deliver key components in our Marketing and Communications strategy
- Deliver effective communications in line with the company brand and ethos
- Manage the business media and PR activities
To successful candidate you will be:
- An individual with experience within a marketing or communications role
- A creative individual, always looking for ways to innovate and effectively capture the attention of target audiences
- Passionate about providing a great customer experience, as you’ll be part of the team who drives this
- A big picture thinker, who can understand how our marketing and communications can link to our overall brand and purpose
- Approachable, helpful and customer focused – you’ll put our customer needs at the heart of everything you do
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to develop your knowledge.
