General Services Manager Assistant

Location:  Little Island , Co.Cork

Pay: €16 per hour / 39 hours per week 

Monday to Thursday 07:00- 15:30 Friday 07:30-14:30

Sodexo have a great opportunity for an experienced facilities management professional to join our team at our team at our prestigious global healthcare client based in Little Island, Co. Cork

In the role of  General Services Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for the work allocation to the onsite cleaning, catering, and security teams, keeping within the specified detail of the contract, the financial budget and working principles.

You will achieve this by being one of the main points of contact for the client and the onsite teams who you will manage to ensure the required work complies with Sodexo’s & client standards and procedures.

About You 

Experience required:

• Proven experience in facilities operations and people management.
• Industry acumen and knowledge of soft service services ideally within the medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of budget management and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on, practical attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.
• Experience of working within a standards/compliance environment.
• Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives.
• Computer literacy to include Microsoft applications.
