This role is responsible for the management of a team of front-line Scheme Managers, responsible for flexi care, leasehold, and sheltered housing schemes in and around Hertford. It's a diverse and varied role, with responsibility for recruitment, coaching and supporting a team providing intensive housing management and support (in flexi care) to vulnerable residents. A key focus is providing high quality safe and attractive housing and services to people in later life. You will be a housing professional with problem solving skills, and a flexible decisive approach to supporting your team, while ensuring the people who live in our schemes get a fabulous home in a vibrant community with a friendly effective service from our team of site-based managers. You will be required to attend either the office at Yeomans or on site 2 days a week.Job tags
