Position Overview: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of our regular teaching staff. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across various year groups and subjects, providing valuable experience and exposure to different teaching environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in accordance with provided lesson plans and curriculum objectives.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall educational goals of the institution.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
