Job Description
As the Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing actual cost at the end of each month
- Assisting with the budgets
- Producing monthly reports for senior managers/board members
- Understand over/under spend and use this data to support with forecasting
- Variance analysis & re-forecast where necessary
- Journal entries
- Accruals
- Supporting other key points of contact within the business to understand key financial information
- Support with audit preparation when appropriate
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Finance Analyst position, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice
- Have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Be able to deliver financial information to non-finance colleagues
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be able to spot trends
- Be able to multi-task
- Be able to commute to Weymouth x3 per week
