Job description
You will be joining an established Corporate team working as part of a national practice group.
The team advise a range of clients from small businesses to large national blue chip clients on a range of Corporate and M&A matters. The team will typically be involved in: - M&A work (buyer and seller side)- Shareholders' agreements and articles of association - JVs - Corporate restructurings You will be involved in a mix of corporate work and will be involved in key documents such as drafting the SPA/warranties through to ancillary documents and assisting with due diligence.Job tags
