Join Dimensions as a Male Support Worker enabling the five people, with Learning Disabilities, who live at our Home in Brent, London to enjoy an independent life. We have full and part time contracts offering mostly day shifts!

Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles as full training is given.

This role enjoys a great mixture of team work and one-to-one time with the people we support, allowing Support Workers to enjoy a supportive team atmosphere while also building fantastic relationships with the people we support.

The people we support get involved with exciting activities such as swimming, bowling and cinema and access the community visiting local places of interest and enjoying lunches out at various venues. They also like cooking and gardening and enjoying time outdoors as well as Karaoke inside. Families and friends play a big part in their lives so we also require support with maintaining those relationships.
