Job Title: Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Residential Home
Location: St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

I am currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join as the Registered Manager of a small Residential Home specialising in Learning Disabilities near St Leonards on Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Residential Home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a person-centered approach to care.
Lead and manage a dedicated team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of residents with learning disabilities, fostering an environment that promotes independence and inclusion.
Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive care environment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential setting specialising in Learning Disabilities.
In-depth knowledge of current legislation and regulations governing the care and support of individuals with learning disabilities.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
