We're on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Operations Director to join our team and spearhead our ambitious category growth plans, based within our York site.
The Role:
As our Operations Director, you'll be at the helm of our operations, steering the team towards continued success. Reporting to the entrepreneurial founder, James, you will have responsibilities ranging from sourcing hundreds of thousands of tonnes of beef, chicken and pork annually, to driving new product development and overseeing all technical aspects, you'll wear many hats. You'll lead our dedicated teams across our three factories, empowering them to reach new heights of excellence and innovation.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a background in the meat processing industry and a knack for commercial acumen. You're a purchasing connoisseur, have a keen eye for product development, and a technical thinker all rolled into one.
