Requirements:
At Pink Tile, we are looking for cover supervisors with experience working with young people in larger groups. Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can engage and motivate students. Experience working in schools is preferred, but not required.
As a Secondary School Cover Supervisor with Pink Tile Education, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity and ensuring a positive learning environment for students when teachers are absent. Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged in learning activities, providing guidance/assistance where necessary. You will be expected to manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment, and collaborate with fellow staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student progress.
