What You'll Do:
- Leverage your Building Surveying and Project Management expertise to deliver new buildand refurbishment projects across West London,Bucks and Beds.
- A future Director as you becomethe face of thebuilding surveying expansion in the South.
- Be a client liaison, condition surveyor, and project leader, all rolled into one.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver projects, with opportunities to take full ownership of the office as you grow.
Who You Are:
- A passionate MRICS Building Surveyor with 5 years' + post qual experience managing small- to medium-sized projects.
- Ideally, you've already run your own business and now want the support and backing of a larger team and established relationships.
- Self motivated with experiencementoring and growing a team.
- You thrive in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and management skills.
- You bring energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to everything you do.
