The Company

The client is looking for an experienced Director to join the Planning team in London. The team specialise in a wide range of Housing delivery, Centres, Retail, Leisure, Education, Employment, and Creative Industries sectors . Successful candidates will have Chartered Status with the RPTI and solid experience in Planning Consultancy, but public sector experience will be considered also.

The Position as a Director

• Generating new business for the company.
• Day-to-day support of staff.
• Project managing
• Support with Training and development
• Strategy input
• Client liaison and providing expert advice and services to ensure success of project

Essential Criteria for a Director position

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
• Demonstrable post qualification experience
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
• Full UK driving licence
