U&P are looking for an experienced full time sales advisor for a national UK developer based in Sleaford. You will be on site Thursdays to Mondays.
The right person will be organised, self-motivated, target driven and IT literate. You will have a passion for delivering the highest standard of class customer service.
In return will be rewarded with excellent earning opportunities an OTE of £55,000 and a fantastic sales and management team.
Typical duties working on site include:
* Meet and greet the customers,
* Booking in and fulfilling appointments,
* Telephone calls,
* Plot progression/contract updates
* Keeping the sales arena clean tidy and up to date with POS/brochures and current pricing.
Skills
* Sales driven and putting the customer first
* Full UK Driving license / UK residency
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience in new homes
* Self-motivated (lone working)
* Very well presented
* Good communication skills
