Job description

Do you have the natural ability to train and mentor people? Are you patient, encouraging and have an enthusiastic approach to training? Are you organised and an accurate record keeper… if so keep reading!

This role would suit a candidate who has worked within a production setting previously and understands how our everyday products are made. You will be involved in an element of writing standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and ensuring that all members of staff receive a consistent, compliant level of training throughout the business.

Ideally you will have had some experience of providing supervision to individual’s maybe in a Line Leader or similar capacity or perhaps as a Trainer/buddy and want to progress your career down this route. A recent food safety qualification would be an advantage however, this would not hinder the right candidate.
