Job Title: Engagement & Communications Officer Company: More Partnership Location: Dundee, Scotland Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Who is More Partnership? With a team of experienced professionals, More Partnership provides strategic advice, training, and support to clients across the globe. Job Description: On behalf of More Partnership, I am looking for a highly motivated and skilled Engagement & Communications Officer to join a well-established team in Dundee. As the Engagement & Communications Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective engagement strategies to enhance the organisation’s brand, reputation and ultimately client base.

Note: This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to potentially to extending or being made permanent depending on outcome of restructure. What are the benefits? The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. What will your day-to-day look like?– Working closely with the More Advancement Team (business development plus finance, operations and IT) and consultants throughout the company, in particular with the teams in Dundee and London, with regular travel to London- Developing and implementing comprehensive engagement and communications strategies to promote More Partnership’s services and expertise- Creating engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases- Managing and maintaining the company’s social media presence, including monitoring and responding to comments and enquiries from existing and prospective clients- Coordinating the organisation’s participation in conferences, events, and other networking opportunities- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels- Monitoring and analysing engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in engagement and communications What the perfect candidate will bring to this role: – Proven experience in developing and implementing successful engagement and communications strategies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills- Strong copywriting and editing skills- Multitasker able to manage and coordinate own workload and navigate deadlines efficiently- Proficiency in social media management and content creation- Experience in project management, event coordination and networking- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail- Knowledge of the non-profit sector and fundraising is desirable Got what it takes?
