Do you have telephone based or face to face customer service experience?
Our client, with offices based in Rugeley, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join them on a full time permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (weekly rota of 8am-4.15pm (week 1) and 8.45am-5pm (week 2). As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for triaging new client instructions, validating customer claims and instructing third parties, investigating queries, updating customers on progress, prioritising and coordinating workloads, updating internal systems with job information and documentation, processing claims information. dealing with queries and supporting administrative duties. To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you will have strong communication and organisational skills, you will ideally have previous experience of dealing with incoming calls and making outbound update calls and performing office related administration and customer related duties. You will be PC literate in MS Office. In return, our client offers a starting salary of £22,500 - £24,000, plus potential of annual bonus, 25 days paid annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension, social events, career progression and development.
