An opportunity has arisen to join one of the region’s leading independent firms as a tax director. The firm, which is both long established and yet still successfully growing is highly rated and has a strong reputation in the OMB marketplace. Our client is willing to consider applicants who want to progress to become a future partner or those who prefer to remain as a highly valued and well rewarded director. The primary objective of the role will be to work closely with the tax partner and enhance the firm’s tax advisory capabilities and help the continuing development of the tax practice. You will be expected to play an important role in the firm’s marketing and business development activities and will be highly motivated, a great communicator and must be a committed team player. The role which, is client facing, will necessitate you being comfortable advising on a range of tax issues, consequently strong client handling skills together with expertise in tax planning for OMB’s are required. You will also be responsible for developing, mentoring and training other members of the tax team.
Please note that only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience will be considered for this role. Additionally candidates who are already registered with us will be automatically considered for this role .
