Job description
Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading UK Main Contractor, in assisting them with finding a Facade Manager for their large commercial refurbishment in Central London.
The project is worth around £150m refurbishment both internally and externally. Finish date is towards the end of 2025.
They have a current requirement for a Facade Manager who will be managing all work on the envelope, which stripping and replacing the existing facade on a 30 storey office block.
You will be reporting into a Project Director based on site and we are ideally looking for someone with proven experience managing the packages mentioned.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a temporary role. Start date is immediately.
