To deliver our promises to our customers we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appoint to the following key position: Property Care Business Administration Apprentice (level 3) Fixed term [21 months] Salary: national minimum wage This is a new Business Administration Apprenticeship role that has been created to support delivery of all the “responsive” repair workstreams, this will be a dedicated role to focus on core administration activity amongst other duties. You will be responsible for generic clerical, secretarial and administrative support within FCHO Repairs Teams. The successful candidate will support sub-contractor management, complaint management and ensure completion of works orders in a timely and appropriate manner, ensuring continuous updates of orders are recorded in all systems so that progress can be monitored. You will also undertake and organise effective filing, administrative and IT support within the repairs teams. The ideal candidate will have: Organisational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience of working within a fast paced, customer focused environment. Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads when reacting to demands. IT skills (databases and Microsoft applications). Ability to build professional relationships both within First Choice Homes Oldham and other key stakeholders and partners. Ability to use initiative and take ownership for own work and actions.
