Lead Agile Coach
Description: As a Lead Agile Coach at Emirates NBD, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating an ever-evolving transformation journey within the organization. The primary objective is to establish several cross- functional Tribes, each embracing self-sufficiency and delivering an excellent customer experience. Your leadership will be integral in guiding the evolution towards a collaborative and Agile culture. You will be empowered to come up with & implement new transformational ideas that can take the organization to the next stage of customer centricity, whilst ensuring uniformity within the Tribe/Domain operating model and enabling your Agile Coaches to succeed within those Tribes. Qualifications and Experience: • Between 5 to 8 years of Scaled Agile/Enterprise Coaching and 5 Years of running Agile squads • Banking experience preferred • Leadership coaching certifications preferred • Scaling Agile/Enterprise Coaching certifications preferred Key Responsibilities: Agile Transformation Leadership: • Lead and drive the agile transformation strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Establish agile principles and practices to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. Coaching and Mentoring: • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Agile Coaches, domains managers and executives (multiple tribes and platforms), on agile principles and practices. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging adaptive mindsets and behaviors. Training and Development: • Develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance agile knowledge and skills across various domains and levels. • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to promote a shared understanding of agile concepts. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, tribe heads, and Global POs, to align agile initiatives with business goals. • Act as a bridge between IT and business units to ensure a holistic understanding and implementation of agile practices. Agile Metrics and Reporting: • Define and track key agile OKRs and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of agile practices. • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the progress of agile transformation initiatives. Scaling Agile: • Implement agile frameworks and methodologies at scale, considering the specific needs and challenges of the Domains. • Work on scaling agile practices beyond domains to the organization. Change Management: • Actively manage and mitigate resistance to change, guiding the organization through cultural shifts required for successful agile adoption. • Develop change management strategies to address organizational challenges and promote agility. Continuous Improvement Culture: • Instill a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback loops and a mindset of learning from both successes and failures. • Lead strategic retrospectives and improvement initiatives to enhance domain and organizational performance. Agile Community Building: • Facilitate the formation of agile communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among agile practitioners. • Organize and participate in events that promote agile best practices and insights. Risk Management and Compliance: • Ensure that agile practices align with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking sector. • Mitigate risks associated with agile implementation and provide guidance on risk management.
