Midday Supervisor
Location: SM6
Hours: 10:30 am - 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role that fits perfectly into your schedule? We are currently seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our team. This position offers flexible hours between 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, providing an opportunity to make a positive impact within our school community.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with the smooth operation of lunchtime routines, including queuing, serving food, and cleaning up.
- Promote positive behavior and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of students at all times.
- Engage with students in constructive activities during lunch breaks, fostering a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in potentially challenging situations.
- Reliability and punctuality.
