Commercial Finance Manager – South Yorkshire – Fast Growing Business

The Role:

Axon Moore is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with a fast growth SME in South Yorkshire in the search for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their supportive, experienced team. This company has experienced rapid growth, which is expected to continue in the next 5 years. With a T/O of circa £15 million, this is an exciting time to join the business and play a pivotal role in its continued growth plans.

The Responsibilities:

Lead on the financial planning for the business and provide a commercial insight.

Take ownership of the forecasting, reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Identify and report financial KPI’s to drive strategic growth and commercial performance.

Provide training and mentorship to colleagues and identify opportunities for further development / improvement.

Act as a contact point for external auditors.

Build relationships with external & internal stakeholders.

Manage a small team.

The Requirements:

Part Qualified, Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or extensively QBE.

Proven experience of operating within an SME environment is highly desirable.

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience of FP&A

Desire to have a hands-on approach.

Strong MS Excel skills.

The Offer:

A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 + DOE
