Job description
Join a busy IT Company as an Office Administration Assistant to help with various office-based duties.
THE JOB:
This role will involve supporting existing members in our valuable administration team, and duties will include:
- Helping set client focused appointments and meetings
- Booking travel and hotel accommodation
- Setting up and clearing internal meeting rooms
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and account entry
- Dealing with client and supplier invoice and statement queries
- Ensuring office stationary and supplies are updated
- Typing up meeting notes and arranging lists of action points
- Helping receive deliveries and labelling up supplies
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Confident and well-spoken
- Good IT skills have
- Great organisational skills and can keep organised and focused even under the pressure of a busy office
- Must live local to Edinburgh.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £20,000 - £22,000
- 30 days holidays, including public holidays
