Job description

For years our client has been a reputable and caring organisation dedicated to providing high-quality residential care and support services to Children across the Midlands and beyond. With 4 young people in a 5-bed home based in Kettering, they are looking for Support Workers to work with children with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to children in your local area. Your expertise, knowledge will enable you to provide effective support and assistance to a team of residential support workers. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of their services and contribute to the continuous improvement of their support programs.

Successful applicants must be willing to go on a career path to achieve a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care. Due to the role, it is also required that you have proven experience working in a residential care setting, ideally with children or you will be passionate about moving into the children’s sector from an adults learning disability residential setting. Holding a clean and valid UK Driving License is also a desirable of the role.
