Job Title: Bodyshop General Manager – Brand New Site 

Location: Darlington, DL3

Salary: Between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends

Full-Time - Permanent Position

In 2024, our clients are opening the doors to an innovative and state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Darlington, and we are on the lookout for talented individual to be the Bodyshop Manager and lead the team. You will be:

• Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff).
• Experienced in team management and driven by results.
• Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs.
• Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability.
• Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers.
• Handle customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols.
• Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures.
• Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness.
• Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications.
• Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
