What's involved?

As the Pastry Chef, you will be working with the pastry team and head chef to create new dishes - as well as expand your knowledge.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise their workload, as this is key when is the pastry section - to work in strict deadlines for setting, churning and topping.

For this we hope you have:

• Preferably some experience within the kitchen on pastry but this is not a must.
• The want to learn and be involved with creative flare.
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
