A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced leader to join one of the country’s top Independent Prep Schools as Deputy Head from September 2024.
Beaudesert Park School is set in beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Cotswolds. We offer a high-achieving, academically aspiring education to children aged from 3 to 13, coupled with a flexible approach to after-school care and boarding.
We seek applications from inspirational candidates able to support our Headmaster in leading and managing the school. A demonstrable record in educational leadership and the ability to think dynamically and strategically are essential requirements for success. Applicants should also be outstanding communicators, have exemplary organisational skills and have the ability to instil confidence in all our stakeholders.
