Job description
The Plant Financial Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare month end financial management reporting for UK areas.
- Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes with accompanying analysis.
- Be the main point of contact for all financial issues regarding plant manufacturing / logistics.
- Become an integral member of the Manufacturing site leadership team.
- Provide support and guidance on all business finance issues to senior business leaders.
- Investigate and resolve significant financial variances generated with budget holders.
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Identify improvements to standard finance processes and help to improve these as part of a major transformation project.
- Oversee the day to day management of 1 assistant accountant.
