• Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 pa

Duties and responsibilities include:

• This is a varied role, working within the accounts team, to support with the admin processes of the department.
• Handover of all utilities to client
• Post
• Analyse and approve invoices
• Reconcile and Investigate any discrepancies on prices with site
• Ad hoc projects with finance department
• Set up of utility spreadsheet for each contract ’s.
• Dealing with utility queries on a day-to-day basis.
• Process service bills in accordance with site readings.
