Role - Sales Design Executive 

Location - Kent 

Salary - £23,000 basic salary, plus OTE of £52,000 and £3,500 car allowance

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £23,000 basic salary.
• Commission taking OTE to £52,000
• £3,500 car allowance.
• 25 days holiday + public holidays + birthday off.

THE JOB:

• Convert company issued leads to sales by talking to customers, understanding their needs and developing relationships.
• Create and follow a sales plan for finding leads.
• Achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required by the business.
• Travel within a specific area to meet customers at their homes.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A desire to be successful in sales.
• Flexibility to attend appointments over a wide geographical area and at different times of day.
• Driving license and car.
• Customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail.
• Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Good organisational skills.
