Junior Event Production Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & energetic individual with a passion for bringing together event technology to delivery creative live, hybrid and/or virtual events. As a Junior Production Manager, you will work as part of a team on small to medium size projects, bringing our client’s ideas to life with staging and technology solutions. Applicants need to be passionate about delivering high tech event experiences with a good knowledge of sound, lighting, video, staging and/or virtual solutions coupled with a desire to deliver event production to the highest standards. This is a junior role and training will be provided to develop the skills needed in production management.

You must possess excellent customer service skills as this role involves working alongside our valued clients. You will have a flexible and efficient approach to work as well as being able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.

Main job responsibilities:

• Client Liaison.
• Advising on technical solutions for live, virtual and hybrid events.
• Event technical specification and design (including CAD)
• Budget Management.
• Logistics.
• Health & Safety.
• Onsite management.
• Client and Internal Feedback.

We are looking for people with:

• Previous experience with event staging and technology
• A passion for delivering great events and delighting clients
• Experience in team management.
• Good overall knowledge of sound, lighting, video, stage systems and design.
• Preferable experience of virtual and hybrid events
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Competent user of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
• Experience of working with people of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Valid driving licence.
